Candidate Instructions

Candidates are advised to go through the below instructions carefully before starting to fill the application
  • It is highly recommended to pay special attention, while reading the separate instructions given under education section
  • Achieving 60% marks is mandatory in both the sections i) Marking scheme in preferred qualification and experience ii) Marking scheme on key accountability- for further evaluation
    The candidate must qualify the cut-off as specified in the marking scheme for the position
  • Only the documents submitted by candidates at the time of submission of online / offline application should be considered for evaluation purpose. No documents submitted after the submission of application will be considered, for evaluation purpose
  • Candidates, intending to apply, should ensure that they fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria specified in the job Descriptions in this advertisement. Candidates must necessarily produce the relevant documents in original and a photocopy in support of their identity and eligibility - pertaining to category, nationality, age, educational qualifications, relevant work experience etc. as indicated in the online application form, at the time of interview and at any subsequent stage of the recruitment process
  • In cases of overlap of durations in experience certificates, multiple experience letters with same date/ issue number, all such experiences will not be considered and summarily rejected
  • The applicants are required to submit the duly filled application on or before the due date and time, failing which the application of the said applicant shall be treated as non-responsive. The applications received after due date and time shall not be considered
  • Only one Application should be filled for one post by an applicant. The candidates, who wish to apply for more than one position should submit a separate completely filled application for each post along with relevant documents and scanned certificates
  • Multiple applications may be rejected
  • Candidate must maintain a valid email ID and Mobile Number throughout the recruitment process
  • Testimony of candidate (Resume) will be consider a valid document for assessing relevant experience, any false information may lead to rejection of candidature
  • In case of candidate is having any relevant document only in soft copy, he/she need to share the email from competent authority, who issued/communicated that document to candidate at the time of document verification. Non Submission of email communication will invalidate that particular document and may result into rejection of candidature
  • Either valid NCL(Non-creamy Layer Certificate) Certificate or previously issued NCL certificate with self-declaration in form-xviiiB (issued by GAD, Bihar through letter number 15440 dated 05-12-17) must be submitted along with the application form by applicants who are claiming benefits of reservation for BC and MBC Categories. (Check Reservation Guidelines)
  • In Job Descriptions for various positions, wherever age limit under preferred qualification and experience is mentioned as “Age limit for General (Female) domicile / resident of Bihar – 43 years”, should be read as “Age Limit for General (Female) – 43 Year”.
  • Important Notice for MBC/BC candidates - Father's Name is mandatorily mentioned in category / NCL certificates, otherwise the candidates should be treated under Unreserved Category
  • If there is a requirement of uploading multiple documents under each of the various parameters of Part A OR Part B, candidates are advised, to upload multiple documents in one single PDF under that parameter / heading.
